SET EM OFF
The Miami Heat said they were motivated after seeing the NBA begin to set up the championship trophy towards the end of Game 6.
Mike Miller had 8 points for the Heat in a Game 6 overtime victory against the Spurs on Tuesday, and 3 of those points came without one of his shoes.
After his shoe came off, Miller tossed it to the Heat bench than across the court where he hit a dagger that pulled the Heat to within four points early in the fourth quarter.
Ray Allen’s 3-pointer with 5.2 seconds to play to force overtime, and LeBron James 32 points helped the Miami Heat stay alive in the NBA Finals Tuesday night against the San Antonio Spurs. The Heat beat the Spurs 103-100
MISSED THE FUN
Miami Heat fans did nothing to help their reputation for being frontrunners. Some reportedly left Game 6 before the comeback.
Miami Heat fans often get a bad rap for showing up late and leaving early. They’re earning it on Tuesday night.
As the Heat mounted an incredible comeback to force overtime in Game 6, many of those in attendance weren’t there to see it, because they had already made their way to the exits. Miami radio host and columnist Dan LeBatard noted the crowd’s lack of fandom in a series...
LOUD NOISES
YouTube NBA referee Joey Crawford never tries to make the game about himself. He always interacts well with players and treats them like they’re human beings. He’s a kind, gentle man. Yeah, right. Crawford responded to Dwyane Wade questioning a call during Game 6 Tuesday with, “Don’t yell at me!” (WHILE YELLING).
IN YOUR FACE
This video doesn’t need any set up. Just watch Kawhi Leonard of the San Antonio Spurs dunk all over Mike Miller of the Miami Heat in the first quarter of Game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals. Enjoy the video after the jump.
Not only am I a sports fan, LeBron and Miami Heat fan, but I’m also a sneaker-head. So when I saw pics of a new LeBron X low “Floral”, like most sneaker-heads, the first thing I wanted to know was “when do these drop?” But as I was looking at the pics, I noticed something that made me pause. On the insole of one of the shoes it has “Two Time Champion” graphic print...

HE'S ON FIRE!
San Antonio Spurs’ sharpshooter Danny Green has been the talk of the NBA Finals. He has pushed the Miami Heat and LeBron James to the brink of elimination with his dagger three-point shot. We all know he’s been very good, but I didn’t realize how good until I got a look at his shot chart. It looks like someone is controlling Green on the easiest level of a video game. See his...
The Dwight Howard sweepstakes reached the apex of their annoyingness late last week.
This may prove untrue in a week, when intrepid journalists start rummaging through Dwight Howard's trash for clues as to his impending free-agency decision, but I'm going to go ahead and say it anyway. It might be a quiet kind of annoying, a subtle kind, but it's the worst.
It's...
After allowing San Antonio Spurs guard Danny Green to set a Finals record with 25 3-pointers in just five games, the Miami Heat and center Chris Bosh are not going to let the 25-year-old have his way in Game 6 Tuesday night. “He has a knack for shooting, but he
WALKING AWAY

Things have really gone sour for the Celtics and Doc Rivers and as things continue to move along it seems like Doc won't be able to come back.
Apparently, he's playing both sides in these negotiations.
Latest #Celtics-Clippers: Getting emotional, as it always does…. Celtics think Doc is playing both sides, advising Clips on who to offer.

PERSONA NON GRATA
Lee “Freezy” Prince, who was asked to leave a game during the Eastern Conference Finals, claims he's banned from AmericanAirlines Arena for the rest of the Finals.
LeBron James didn’t become the best basketball player in the world without mastering some of the more technical aspects of the game, such as flopping.
But the King’s diving prowess — which he not only admits to but also supports — goes beyond basketball. James’ affinity for falling when barely touched apparently extends to his off-court life as well.
Funny or Die decided...
