If you aren't a Nikola Vucevic fan, look away. Shams Charania of Stadium is reporting that the Chicago Bulls and Vucevic are working on a contract extension to bring back the two-time NBA All-Star to the Windy City.
Vucevic was traded to the Bulls on March 25, 2021. The trade has been heavily criticized over the past two seasons considering what the Bulls gave up to acquire the big man's services. But the Bulls are finally done paying what they owe to the Orlando Magic and can move on.
Since joining the Bulls, Vucevic has averaged 18.2 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game. He has shot 49 percent from the field and 34 percent from downtown. There aren't many better options for an offensive center in the league.
